At Falscara, we want you to love your lash look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or applied lashes cannot be accepted for return.

Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is scanned to track its journey back to our warehouse.
